Terms & Conditions
Booth Set-up:
- Booth set-up is on Saturdays from 8:00am-9:00am.
- Doors open at 9:00am for customers, so all booths must be completely stocked before 9:00am.
- Nuuyuu Collective will provide sellers with hangers, bins, tags, hooks/pins to attach tags, sharpies, lint rollers, as well as a steamer and lint shaver available for use.
Booth Take-down:
- Booth take-down is on Friday evenings from 4:00-6:00pm.
- Doors close to customers at 6:00pm on Fridays.
- Doors close to sellers at 6:00pm on Fridays.
- Sellers can pay a $10 fee for Nuuyuu Collective to take-down their booth when booking a booth, or up until 6:00pm on Friday.
- After 6:00pm, the fee for Nuuyuu Collective to take-down a booth is $15.
- Any fees that are not pre-paid when booking will be taken out of the Seller’s payout.
- If Nuuyuu Collective takes down a Seller’s booth, all items must be picked up by Tuesday or they will be donated.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items:
- Nuuyuu Collective is dedicated to ensuring that inventory is secure at our store. We have active cameras and employees looking out for suspicious activity at all times. We also have processes in place to store tagged items and re-stock items that are left at our “go-back” rack.
- Nuuyuu Collective is not financially responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Commission Split:
- Nuuyuu Collective keeps 35% of total revenue made on the sale of an item.
- The Seller keeps 65% of total revenue made on the sale of an item.
Commission Payout:
- Payouts will be sent the night following booth take-down/item pick-up.
- All payouts will be sent via Venmo or cash.
- Sellers will not receive their payout until all items have been picked up from Nuuyuu Collective.
Renewal Policy:
- Nuuyuu Collective has the right to deny a third week renewal if a Seller’s booth has not made at least the cost of the booth two weeks in a row.
Management Discretion:
- Nuuyuu Collective reserves the right to remove Seller’s items for any reason.
- Nuuyuu Collective cannot authenticate items.
Cancellation Policy:
- Sellers may reschedule for a future week with no additional charges. This must be done at least 48 hours before the reservation begins.
- We do not refund booth rentals for any reason, but Sellers can cancel their reservation by messaging us at any time.
