This Agreement is made on the date of sign-up between Nuuyuu Collective and the Seller and continues until the end of the booked time period.

Purpose of Agreement

The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions under which both parties agree to collaborate on the consignment of clothing related items.

Terms and Conditions

Booth Set-Up 

• Booth Set-Up is on Saturday mornings from 8:00 am-9:00 am. 
• Doors open at 9:00 am for customers, so all booths must be completely stocked before that time.
•  Nuuyuu Collective will provide sellers with hangers, bins, tags, tagging guns, sharpies, and lint rollers, as well as a steamer and lint shaver available for use on-site. 

Booth Take-Down 

• Booth Take-Down is on Friday evenings from 4:00 pm-6:00 pm. 
• Doors close to customers and sellers at 6:00 pm on Fridays. Take-Down and closing hours between Thanksgiving and New Years day will be 7:00 pm. 
• Sellers can pay a $10 fee that will be deducted from their payout for Nuuyuu Collective to take-down their booth if they are unable to make it. 
• After closing time, if a seller has not taken down their booth, the fee for Nuuyuu Collective to take down is $15 and will be automatically deducted from the Seller payout.
• If Nuuyuu Collective takes down a Seller’s booth, all items must be picked up by Tuesday or they will be donated. 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items 

• Nuuyuu Collective is dedicated to ensuring that inventory is secure at our store. We have processes in place to store tagged items and re-stock items that are left at our “go-back” rack. 
• Nuuyuu Collective is not financially responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. 

Commission Split 

• Nuuyuu Collective keeps 35% of net sales made on each item. 
• The Seller keeps 65% of net sales made on each item.

Commission Payout 

• Payouts will be sent by the night following booth Take-Down. 
• All payouts will be sent via Venmo or cash. 

Renewal Policy

• Nuuyuu Collective has the right to deny a third week booth renewal if a Seller’s booth has not made at least the cost of the booth two weeks in a row. 

Management Discretion 

• Nuuyuu Collective reserves the right to remove Seller’s items for any reason. 
• Nuuyuu Collective cannot authenticate items. 

Cancellation Policy

• Sellers may reschedule their booked date for a future week with no additional charges. This must be done at least 48 hours before the reservation begins.
• We do not refund booth rentals for any reason, but Sellers can cancel their reservation by messaging us at any time.
